ACAA & CUAFA Lunar New Year Celebration!

Happy Lunar New Year from the Asian Columbia Alumni Association! May you have much luck in the Year of the Tiger! 

ACAA is excited to partner with Columbia University Asian Faculty Association (CUAFA) on lunar new year virtual celebration.

Join us for an entertaining lion dance performance from the CU Lion Dance student team and hear about the formation of the CUAFA from its current President, Professor X. Edward Guo P:'19CC, '19SEAS, '23CC (Columbia University Stanley Dicker Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Professor of Medical Sciences). Professor Mae M. Ngai, Ph.D. '93GSAS, '95GSAS.,'98GSAS (Lung Family Professor of Asian American Studies and Professor of History, and Co-Director of the Center for the Study of Ethnicity and Race at Columbia University) will also join us to talk about Asian American Studies at Columbia University and the work of the Center for the Study of Ethnicity and Race.
