What is shabu-shabu? It is a fun and interactive dining experience.  You cook a variety of meats and fresh vegetables in your own personal simmering broth.  First you choose what type of broth (meat, vegetarian and spicy options).  Next you choose your meats, seafood and vegetables. Then you make your own personal dipping sauces from 15 options. Don’t know how to make your own dipping sauce?  Let us show you how it’s done.
