ACAA 20th Anniversary Gala Ad Buy Overview

Thank you for your support of the ACAA organization and the ACAA 20th Anniversary Gala!

Below you will find information about how to purchase a program ad for the gala. We have outlined two options to do so:

OPTION #1: We Create Your Ad

  • Graphics: Send logo, photo or any illustration you’d like incorporated into your ad (vector files/EPS or transparent PNG preferred, though .jpg or .pdf is also allowed)
  • Copy: Submit copy that may include a congratulatory message, company contact info, etc. using the form located here.
  • NOTE: If you have purchased a $200 acknowledgment in the program, please enter how you would like your name to be shown in the copy section
  • Provide company logo or image (if applicable to your purchase)
  • NOTE: The ad will be created in accordance with the CAA Style Guide

OPTION #2: You Send Us Your Ad

  • Full Page: 6 inches wide by 4 inches high at a resolution of 300 DPI or higher
  • Half-Page: 3 inches wide by 4 inches high at a resolution of 300 DPI or higher
  • Format: preferably .jpg or .psd, but we also accept .pdf
  • Send company web address to be included in ad (if applicable to your purchase)

To submit information for your ad please fill out the submission form here. Please note the confirmation number for your Eventbrite order is necessary.

Please note that all congratulatory ads are tax deductible. Once submitted, you will be issued an acknowledgement of your donation. Please allow for 20 business days for receipt of acknowledgement.
